一脉剡溪水，悠然润万物，流芳千古事，嵊州毓秀美。诗仙李白用“忽思剡溪去，水石远清妙”，把嵊州的山清水秀镌刻于历史画卷之中;诗圣杜甫称“剡溪蕴秀异，欲罢不能忘”，为后人留下了咏剡的千古绝唱。
The Mother Shan River breeds Shengzhou City. Here are excellent natural conditions and pleasant scenery and special history culture. The great poet Li Bai and Du Fu of the Tang Dynasty wrote the famous poems to praise the nature and beauty of the city. “The idea of visiting Shengzhou where the water is clear and stones scenery came to me”; “The unusual scenery of Shan River is too deep and can not be forgotten" 。
